I feel that I have autonomy and trust from management to do my work within whatever hours and timeframe I need to get it done while managing my personal family life and needs. There are some slight gaps with headcount that would make things better but feel that it is being seen by management.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I've greatly enjoyed my time at Branch and watching the company experience exponential growth and rapid change has been satisfying to be a part of and know my contributions helped achieve the success we're seeing. It's very much a team-oriented environment where everyone's contributions matter.

Transparency with sharing regular board meeting updates, regular cadence of checkins and high standard of excellence.

Trust in leadership, being trusted to manage my work day and hours as needed to help me be as effective and efficient as possible for myself and my family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The majority of people at Branch are incredibly driven, hardworking and intelligent individuals - I feel like in most meetings I am absorbing information/learning from each of these valuable interactions each day.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is a strong level of trust and autonomy to make the best decisions possible knowing that we are very lean. We move strategically but swiftly and I know that I always have my manager's support and backing with regard to my judgement.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Accountability, care and level of excellence. I feel that there is a strong level of accountability across most coworkers and that we are all driving towards a common goal. I believe my managers do a great job at also adding a human element to their management style to ensure that we feel seen.
