They are down-to-earth, transparent, and honest with the team. It really shows that they care about the Branch and its employees.

They are transparent and honest about what is going on in the company during the good moments and the not-so-good moments.
What makes you most happy at work?
Helping clients solve technical issues and debug their code. It is very fulfilling when you demystify technology for a customer and help them solve complex use-case challenges.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is awesome. Everyone is very friendly and goes above and beyond for each other. We all have each other's backs and if someone is on PTO, teammates will happily volunteer to cover for them.

The team always has each other's back. We are all very close and can count on each other. Also, we care about each other on a personal level and spend time getting to know each other outside of work, forming close bonds.
