I love my job and the environment. However, Branch spends too much time creating internal barriers for success by making wrong decisions, while neglecting to take feedback seriously. In addition, they do not help on career development at all.

Listen to people! Especially international teams. Branch is an amazing company, inclusive, and offers lots of opportunities - but only if you leave in US. The rock stars from other regions deserve the same opportunities.
