People genuinely seem to care

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Branch needs to continue to develop an exec team of new leaders who bring fresh ideas to the company. Changes so far are great and give me the impression we may be on the right track.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because my role at similarly sized companies w/ the same level of experience is compensated higher & comes w/ a higher title & more strategic responsibilities. Branch should invest in me to demonstrate my value & contributions are appreciated.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

To improve as a leadership team, it is crucial to focus on developing employees and making them feel invested in the growth and success of the company. Otherwise, employees may be more likely to leave for other roles that offer better opportunities for growth and advancement.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The recent appointment of new leadership. The new leadership brings fresh ideas, a different perspective, and a renewed focus on achieving our team's goals. The change in leadership has injected new energy and motivation into the team, and we are excited about the direction in which we are headed.
