What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have a core set of values that the company takes very seriously. Transparency is one of my favorite values and the executive team is extremely open and honest.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is extremely smart and driven. I've never worked with a group of people that take the company's values so seriously, work so hard to achieve success while building a strong community amongst each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work you do at Branch is often the best work of your life, but sometimes it can feel that the compensation doesn't match the level of effort and time you put into the role and company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team at Branch is far and beyond the best team to work with. I've never met smarter and more talented people than at Branch. They constantly are pushing the boundaries to ultimately deliver a great product for our customers. On top of it, they are genuine, and always willing to help.
