What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency. They share the vision, progress towards the vision, setbacks along the way, etc. Really makes me feel like a valued, trusted member of the team.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the people I work with and my team. I also feel like the work I do has a huge impact and that really fulfills me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In addition to great medical insurance and a generous stock package, I love the catered lunches (really delicious). Make it easy to get a good healthy meal every day, even when I'm really busy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We hire humble people - it's one of our company values. This is the first company I've worked at that has that value and it makes a big difference. Ego really isn't a thing here. Everyone is trying to do great work, make strong contributions and be a great teammate. Makes it a great place to work.
