Efforts are placed in diversity and inclusion. Culture is subjective but general consensus is that it can be strengthened.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is significant effort to share information on the leadership side but there is still a gap that has to be improved.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation seems to be generally aligned with the market at the middle range but benefits need to be improved significantly especially compared to other start ups and tech companies.
