I've only been here for a week and a half but everything's very exciting so far!
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It has been mixed but I guess that's what startups are, big ups, followed by big downs, immediately followed by another big up. That's why while I've loved my time and experience here so far, I'd hesitate to recommend it to a friend because it definitely is not for everyone.

They're some of the smartest and most hard working leaders I've worked with.

Everyone is both driven while at the same time humble and down to earth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to work 100% remotely. The salary is also above what I'd be earning at a similar level in a different company.
What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility I get of working from home and the 1-to-1s with colleagues and managers. There's so much to learn from anyone here.
