Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

rather not answer at this time

This is a bad place to work and that is why the turn over is so high

It isn't about the compensation it is more about the culture.

Review from Admin Dept

Respect is a real issue and the fact that constant negativity is not the way to value someone. Benefits arent great , pay is below everyone else in area, and not paid in market for your education and skill level is bad. Also cutting hours is truly an issue.

Show some appreciation. Always Negative.

More pay for the hard work we do

They make up positions to pay new workers coming in more. But the ones that been there only make the bare minimum

Don’t get rewarded for job well done. How some associates are talked t

I havent been paid in almost 4 weeks

I have put my heart and soul into this job for two years only to be paid minimum wage with no raise. I wrote to the CEO of Brookdale myself and she didn’t even think I was worth $12 an hour which again is embarrassin

Management shows no appreciation for staff. Short staffed and working extra hours all Management is worried about is the bottom dollar. Management adding more to daily tasks and never shows appreciation.

The job i do is worth $10 mire an hour

I believe i am taking on too much reponsibility in my field of work. It would be nice to have more time off.

I feel underpaid and i know im not the only one that feels this way. I dont understan how the cost of housing can go up, i see other companies meeting that but brookdale is unable to.

Benefits are adequrte in comparison to othef large companies

Better raises and more incenitives

theres alot that goes into tbe job. i end up doing things that arent even my job for $10 an hour

Manager positions are about $20,000 lower and hourly positions are $3-6 below competition. Bonus are lower than competition or non-existent for some positions. No budget or any Christmas gifts from management. Managers pay out of pocket for community needs and staff appreciation.

The insurance benefits are dreadful. The out of pocket expenses are very high.

Review from Product Dept

Getting better pay. Mcdonalds is offering more than what I'm getting paid here at brookdake.
