Long hours and the wage is not even enough to pay the bills. A kid right out of highschool gets paid more at mcdonalds than i do with all my certifications and traning.

I enjoy working with some of my coworkers, they are really good people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication between the workers and management. Action needs to be taken in some situations.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It's hard to pin point what needs to change when theres quite a bit that needs to be addressed. But we can start by letting go of some negative people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel underpaid and i know im not the only one that feels this way. I dont understan how the cost of housing can go up, i see other companies meeting that but brookdale is unable to.
