While working at this place i feel as though we are always understaffed and under paid and under trained. As a manager there is still so much that is evokving rivht before my eyes. Every day i am putting out fires. No one really knows what thier job discriotiin is.

Meeting family members that thank me for what i do.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
MORE TRAINING. MORE STAFF. MORE MONEY WE NEED AN E.D. THAT UNDERSTANDS THIER JOB.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe i am taking on too much reponsibility in my field of work. It would be nice to have more time off.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is so many people coming and going because of the dissatisfaction. By the time i get to know a person they sre on thier way out.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Therw is no leadership. Always changing. Many of the managers are taking on responsibilities that are not in thier job discription. More shadowing is needed. The company should not just throw someone in a position and then walk away.
