Working for two years at minimum wage with no raise or appreciation from the managment at all is embarrassing.

I have put my heart and soul into this job for two years only to be paid minimum wage with no raise. I wrote to the CEO of Brookdale myself and she didn’t even think I was worth $12 an hour which again is embarrassin
