Overload of work and not provided the training to complete it. Understaffed and not given the labor hours needed to to a great job in each department. Staff mostly unhappy and everyone gossiping non-stop. Residents horribly mean. Management needs to improve leadership skills.

They come to work and try their best to wear many hats.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Training! Time needs to be made for constant training on Customer service and leadership skills.

They took the time to explain the job to me and took me around to meet the staff.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Praise for good work. Nobody likes to be told everything that is wrong first thing in the morning.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I dread going to work. My coworkers are back stabbers and the residents are bully's who have basically said all the staff are idiots and need to be fired.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Laughter would be the biggest improvement. Nobody laughs much and if they do someone is always listening to use it against you later if you say something even slightly colorful.
