Getting respect to the hard working men an women that care for the elderly resident that live in the facility

Depending on the shift the team is great a small handful of amazing caregivers/ med techs that work as a team
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being respected and those that actually care and do there job right given noticed when the lazy workers who neglact resident are constantly rewarded in order to make sure they are happy when people who have worked there for years are brushed aside
What did you like most about the interview process?
Stop hiring people who never had experience ... look at it this way if you were looking for private care for your loved one would you hire somebody who has never taken care of an elderly person or would you hire somebody who has had experience prior...EXACTLY!!!
