My overall experience hasnt been that great. I love my residents but I do not like the work atmosphere

The higher up people who think that the only thing that matters is filling a bed so they can have more money coming in
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They work us like dogs expect us to pick up everyone's else's slack with no recognition of a job well done or even a thank you.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
How they treat their employees. I've been there for almost 2 years with no raise. They have no regard for the employees as long as they are getting their bonuses. All they care about is the money
