Brookdale is a great company that services seniors in Independent Living and Assisted Living. More needed growth and development is needed in the skilled nursing arena. It appears that there is a large disconnect in the quality of services provided to the residents in the skilled nursing setting.

The environment is very stressful and the overall moral is low by front line staff and managers. Our leader is attempting to build moral among a team which is overworked due to the increase in resident acuity in the skilled nursing setting.
