Laughing with and getting to know the floor staff. They are the greatest people.

They are very supportive. The ED is willing to help out if you become overwhelmed.

All you have to do is ask for whatever you need and the ED makes it happen.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay for the RN is fabulous. As in any facility, the pay for the floor staff is not so good.
