Everything needs to be worked on all areas

This is a bad place to work and that is why the turn over is so high
It isn't about the compensation it is more about the culture.

Respect is a real issue and the fact that constant negativity is not the way to value someone. Benefits arent great , pay is below everyone else in area, and not paid in market for your education and skill level is bad. Also cutting hours is truly an issue.
Show some appreciation. Always Negative.
Communication and helping one another
Shutdown time on their job and it fools too
Completing their duties before their departure
Get real leaders that care about their patients
Cliquey, bigoted, gossipy behaviors undermine a team. Management should be aware of this kind of behavior and strive to create an atmosphere on exclusivity and not exclusivity. They have not.
Corporate needs to follow policies, not override districts with handling things and not following policy. Shoild not single out groups of people. Management and employees should be able to do whats right for the community and should freely be able to report issues without negative comeback.
There needs to be a focus put on teamwork, honesty and integrity towards staff and residents.
Hold employees accountable consistently for all aspects of their job
Get rid of the Executive Director to start then go from there
Management. More communication. Environment. H
More communication more rethink. Bb
Being told what the actual job will be instead of luring nurses on indeed under adds like ADON and DON
They are too desperate for warm bodies.
I was hired by a staff member before a GM was assigned. Do not misrepresent the work or the culture. When someone is hired they should be introduced and mentored to see if they are being welcomed or not.
They are careless and do not hire for your posistion they reguatly change your tirle daily to get you to do anyjob evwn if not qualified and hire almost about anyone who applies

Safer staffing ratios with better care for residents.
Everything is wrong the training, the countless meetings, the zoom meetings, the cooperate meetings.
Fire the Executive Director and then develop more of a team experience with a new one and make sire positive and not act like a middle schooler. Actually listen to, respect, and trust your team and motivate them rather than treat them poorly all the tine
Again, the care that the residents are getting is not up to par.
Better pay. Better accountability. better staffing. better management
A stronger trend towards more integrated and cohesive sense of the work environment needing to be team oriented.
