Everything was broken a couple years ago. Everything is still broken. Building was practically falling apart. Injured multiple times by faulty equipment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We can have free fountain drinks.
What did you like most about the interview process?
was called quick after interview
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Bullying by other coworkers needs to stop, the respect system was only immediatly acknowledged for employees of color. Nothing was done when not okay things were happening with LGBT, female, or neuro diverse employees
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making sure the resturaunt has resturaunt equipment that is not broken. Possibly a building that is not having constant power outtages. Not allowing bullying, the whole RESPECT thing was not working well at all kind of almost made the porblem worse, try a mew approach with that idea maybe.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Constantly wokring with other people paid higher than me that stand around and do nothing while I run around like a chicken with my head cut off. Management just says "Well thats just how ***** is" and not help me with the problem. I was also lied to about recieving a raise.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Very low quality food being served at a very slow pace. More kitchen employees needed that are actually trained by WCTs not somebody who the managers lied to and said oh we will work on promoting you to WCT and then never trained for the position or given the pay for the position
