Ive been working at hayward buffalo for around 2 years, im a server and a bartender. I really like my management and my coworkers.
What makes you most happy at work?
When i am done and the bar is clean and i have money in my pocket
What did you like most about the interview process?
I dont really remember, i remember it being positive and it happened to be with a manager who was temporary
What are some of the best things about your team?
I appreciate my coworkers because they try to keep positive attitudes even in moments of high stress. I really get along with my coworkers and think very highly of them
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager is great at working with us, she is very flexible and clearly cares about her employees. I have always felt appreciated at my store but especially with my new gm
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the management has created an atmosphere of honesty. I am always honest about when i need help covering a shift or when im feeling sick, and since they always help me out i am encouraged to continue being honest
