Most of the employess are nice and do pretty good at their job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The management would not even show up on time. They did not care about anyone but themselves.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I had to come back several times because the managers did not communicate and did not know what I applied for or that I was even coming in. Should have been my first red flag.
