There need to be clear guidlines and rules that apply to everyone at sny time. No if ands or buts. People should be treated as humans and not as disposable employees.

There is a lack of communicstion and respect between managers and employees. Many standard rules are overlooked out of benefits for none besides managers. There are petty handlings of situstions despite the loyalty of employees and it includes threats of firings and demotions. Vetran employees.
