We're severely understaffed and running on average anywhere from 20 to 40 min ticket times for wings. This results in lots of comps and hard to get reasonable tips. If you have a party of four the food comes out at four different times.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I believe that there is too many employees that get whatever they want. This includes shifts, sections and priority. I see a lot of employees that have been at this location for the past 5 years and think that it is there place.
