Scope of my job has significantly increased compared to job description without any bump in compensation. Essentially lied to throughout the interview process in terms of responsibilities.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Prioritizing the needs of the business and the marketing department over the demands of the President. Don't let talent team members go simply because they're not order-takers. VPs unable to lead teams - no loyalty within the organization and it values compliance over smarts.
