I have been working here at Buffalo Wild Wings for over a year now and i have only changed my schedule once but every week they schedule me on sundays after i told them when i first started i couldn't work sundays because i go to church. I get yelled at by management when i do not ahow up on sundays

We do not give up even though we all feel like giving up
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The scheduling part of running the store. My store is always understaffed and we are always struggling during the shift even though people are able to work. The management just doesn't know how yo schedule people correctly
