My coworkers are the best other then that the manager nick and mark are the worst at being a manager

I feel undervalued because I believe i couldve made a difference and show how i worked so hard i took initiative when when there was no one else taking initiative When the restaurant was fully packed no tables were busted and all the tables were dirty as well I took the initiative to clean them all
