Customers are extremely sweet usually. Servers care about other servers.

Other servers are extremely charismatic and always help out if you're getting overwhelmed
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Food had feathers on wings. Place is always dirty. Managers never attend to tables when they request it. Underpaid and overworked servers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Managers constantly speak negatively on every single employee. Sickness spreaks extremely fast due to lack of cleaning. Every single paycheck i get is $0. I can barely pay my bills now.
