I love the environment of the work place, The people are super laid back and it is a generally stress free work environment. What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing peoples eyes light up when you have a conversation with them, human interaction fuels my life.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As far a coworkers go. We are all there when any of us needs one another and we know even if its busy we always got eachothers backs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have common respect for one another and we know that people are people. That we all deserve to be taken care of weather at work or not.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very patient. However, they are working as managers for the wrong reasons, for one thing, the money, they dont care about their employees, they care about your numbers on the charts and they dont have any regards for peoples feelings and/or real life situations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do feel very undervalued. I believe already that I have the capacity to be management material. At this point I feel like im not getting what I should be getting. I could run the whole restaurant by myself if I had to. I just think everyone is underestimating how successful I can help make BWs.
