I felt it was the same as other places very causual.

We dont offer anything. We have no extra benefits for how hard we work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing at my workplace is my regulars and the other servers who are going through the same thing I am.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better at not having favoritism and letting the girls whose been there forever bully the new servers. Better at treating their employees with respect.
What makes you most happy at work?
Makes me most happy when I have a strong crew who just want to do their job and the team members who leave the drama at home.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My servers are my favorite part of the team because without us keeping eachother together the restraunt would fall apart. It always feels like the managers, kitchen, and bartenders are against us when we just want to do our job.
