Know they're coming. Every interview that shows up is a surprise to the MOD and at busy times

I'm oblivious to it. I just work. I'll give feedback once I use my 4+ years of accrued goodness
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get out of the kitchen with your boys, and out of the office figuring out who to send home when we're busy. Your FOH, and thus ultimately your guests, are the ones suffering. Being a manager people want to have should be more valuable than your bonus.
