What are some of the best things about your team?
Too many separate teams within us to answer short. Generally highly skilled and cool, funny people to work with though. Good days aren't all gone yet
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Tell people. It's always at a busy time and the manager on duty didn't know about it. Actually don't change this. It's quite funny to us
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They don't care if youre drunk or high..but if you say the word guy you might get fired. Thats awesome for the drunk and high people!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting out of kitchen mode hanging with your bros. Get out of your spreadsheets saying you're not making enough money. The entire FOH, and thus our guests, are paying for it
