Smooth shifts with highly skilled people doing high akill stuff.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly skilled. If left unimpeded we'd run a crazy successful restaurant on our own
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good humor. Great workers if we're allowed to be there. We all do great impressions of you guys too!
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They just never know about them. They're always at busy times too. Don't change this..we find it pretty funny to see a interviewee wondering "wtf?"
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Get out of the way. They're all kitchen guys from slow stores. GM is hated more than the first time he was here bc now we actually know who he is. Maybe talk to the staff before you bring back a selfish rodent who already has it out for half of us. Gone for a reason
