We are overworked and exhausted. Extremely understaffed, yet corporates greed continues to overshadow their concern for the well-being of their staff. We are forced to close late at night, with most of our staff having to open again in the morning. Outrageous. Fix your morals.

When there are no district or corporate managers present. Because theyre all rude and not understanding of the short staffing issue

Because corporate prioritizes profit over employees. Maybe ask your staff what hours theyd be willing to work until, rather than forcefully imposing later closing times when were still very short staffed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager acknowledges that our workloads and stressors at work have doubled, and he does the best he can to make up for it, only when corporate allows it. He would do more for us if corporate allowed it.
