What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the people around me are kind and good wokers
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My manager has yelled at me multiple times and is extremely unprofessional honestly I don't know if she should work there anymore
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I believe because some locations are understaffed awfull workers are being let on or not be reprimanded for bad work and management at alot of locationons are a being extremely unprofessional
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I constantly do all of my work yet others don't and I have to do the work they left behind resulting me in having to go over my hours scheduled and we don't get breaks or get to eat resulting in me not having the greatest helth
