I will never step foot in a buffalo wild wings again, especially eat there ever again.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The manager who interviewed me was super nice and made it seem like a great company to work for.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They would over work you. I was hired as part time, and ended up scheduling me over 40 hours a week, then change my hours to only be 40 so they wouldn't have to pay over time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The staff was drama filled. The older servers were awful to new employees, mean. They were unwilling to help you if you needed it, they'd rather watch you drown in your work and laugh because you couldn't handle you 9 table section.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Hands down the worst company I have worked for. Management was awful and power hungry, would refuse your breaks just because they could. would throw out your outside food and/or drinks you'd bring in with you because they are "not allowed." You're not allowed to pack a lunch, they made you buy food.
