It was awful and I am very close to quitting
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Hire better managers that treat their employees better
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being decent human beings and not yelling at and mistreating their employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
need better staff in general. Including CEO and executive staff honestly, I have complained so many times and nothing has been done
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am being treated so awfully by the managers and forced to do things that are not in my job description and I am yelled at when I ask for help
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would possibly make it a bit harder, I feel like so many of my co workers who have failed and either quit or gotten fired could have been prevented by asking about server experience
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It was okay expect when I was clocked out at the end of my shift and my manager told me I needed to stay when I was on my way out the door she kept me there for 2 more hours and did not allow me to clock back in.
