
Management does not respect the team which creates a negative work environment
Everyone seems very immature and everyone points fingers at the other person for not getting something done.
Working together and offering help to the team as a whole. If all staff helped stock supplies and keep up with work as it comes it would make each shift work much smoother.
Yes. Serving is a hard job and unfortunately, customers do not tip more than they do. It is hard to work for 8 hours and walk out with less than 50 dollars and know you won't be expecting even half of that on a paycheck.
