Prices are going up and that naturally makes customer satisfaction go down, especially because nothing has changed with the food
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For the amount of work and extra work I do, I feel very under paid. They only get away with it because its industry standard, so it really not just buffalo wild wings.
