Not stable at all when the 2 hateful managers are on duty

New managers that don't threat or verbally abuse.

Managers are horrible and very mean

They work hard but also treated bad by managers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Poor management and very hateful. Better? New managers. (owner was never a peoblem)

Very kind, excited to see me, glad to hire me. The owner and the only male manager are the only ones I never had a problem with
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Helpful but managers are threatening and very very very mean to staff. Managers won't help me (owner was fantastic with help) my first day I made a mistake and sked 4 times for manager help and when they comped my order I ended up owing more than I made even after mistake was "corrected" FINALLY
