Awful. I've threatened to quit and put my notice in MULTIPLE times because of abuse and not a thing has been done. They just say to get over it and that it could be worse.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Hire people who actually work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Treating us like we are human and not just some object that's easily replaceable
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not treating us like trash. Not even human. Just objects to work and get our managers bonus'. All they care about is themselves and no one else.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually working and being held accountable doing nothing or just being lazy and not working at all. The managers see this and just allow it too. As if they condone it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am one of the best workers and I constantly am gaslighted, yelled at and treated like trash even though I'm not a bad worker or employee. So much so it gives me anxiety and depression just knowing who works as the manager that day.
