I would feel better about my compensation if my leadership team considered wage increases every so often.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are consistent in what they are looking for in us employees. Our leadership team is down to earth and treats us like we are equal to them. The team does not change too often, so we are always familiar with who we are dealing with rather than having to acclimate to a new person every so often.
