I make great money, and I have great coworkers. The industry and the quick money of serving in bartending always Keeps me coming back. However, Buffalo wild wings as far as the store I work at, is terribly dysfunctional, disorganized disrespectful and the list goes on.

Everything - Respect, communication, leader ship, and teamwork. The toxicity starts from the top down
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The franchise owner, director of operations, general manager, and most of the management staff all need to be purged and they need to start over
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some days, my coworkers keep me going. There can be hard days with customers and especially the management, and of course we all have our disagreements, but my coworkers sometimes seriously get me through
