We work as a team and try to work as a unit instead of working as individuals to achieve a common goal but others seek to divide the kitchen and make it a negative environment
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Addressing problems properly and not allowing cooks boyfriends in to assault my coworkers and threaten our management team has been lackluster in dealing with other team members and the troubles associated with them I believe this store needs a thorough review on a daily basis.
