New management. The managers were rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional!

Everyone of the coworkers (not management) were friendly and nice to work with.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It was very quick. I have to go in and then come back 30 min later for another manager to interview me. I waited 30 min to even be interviewed!
