Been at several locations and the first was amazingly great compared to what I'm currently going through. I feel like walking out most days and bullied by the new team members I now work with currently. I am feeling miserable currently. Buffalo used to be my escape from misery. Now it is my misery.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The relevant questions regarding my knowledge of food services. And the information about what to expect at that location .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No acknowledgement for my hard work. I've only had one $.50 raise in the 13 months I've been employed. And the managers dont make you feel like a valued employee.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Respect and doing things for the greater cause instead of just the bare minimum and only doing work that they need for themselves. No phones . It's a mess when there is no greater cause than working together for everyone to have a successful service. The customers should be valued .
