When I don't have to work shifts run by my general manager because she does not do her job
What did you like most about the interview process?
I used to enjoy that they rapidly found people who wanted to work and gave them the opportunity now it hurts because our general manager has not attempted to fill our kitchen with staff and limits who our kitchen manager could bring it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No cook should be starting off below 12 an hour with over 10 years of experience workers should be based off of experience work ethic and an understanding of their job and I feel undervalued because we have a general manager who only gives raises to those she is friends with the steps over the other
