When everything goes smoothly and managers aren't stressed out with ours and their workloads.
What did you like most about the interview process?
the managers at both interviews were super easy going, and very easy to talk to and made me comfortable to be myself.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My general manager the whole store team, including myself and the other managers have a problem with. The other managers are absolutely amazing. They are very easy to work with and genuinely care care about the team
