Most of the staff love and care for each other. But there is always a handful of workers who control the environment with their bullying and negativity and bigotry.

There’s always been a certain type of worker (wealthy and white) that always gets treated better than the others (poor, people of color, lgbtq). Most managers are too afraid to deal with the entitled workers because they know they will “sink the ship”. Minority workers traditionally just mo

Regional managers need to be more hands on. They only show up (and they show up a lot) to get free food. He doesn’t ever communicate with the HOH (where most people of color work). And he always sides with the white offenders and never the worker of color who is defending themselve
