Terrible Management, but none of them work there anymore. Buffalo Wild Wings was honestly a pretty nice company to work for but terrible management, being short staffed, and having a few lazy coworkers can ruin it in a fast-paced environment like buffalo wild wings.

Honestly the coworkers attitudes and work ethic were all based on who they were working with at the time
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop making the bartenders make all of these fancy drinks and frozen drinks. This was a wings beer sports place and ever since inspire brands came in im sure the bartender has a longer beverage ticket time, as well as many more people waiting longer than normal for service from the bartender
