Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Every employee has worked tirelessly through the pandemic without so much as a thank you or a raise. Instead, we were given a pathetic bonus that really amounts to a slap in the face while the CEO's collect their massive bonuses leaving the rest of us to die and struggle unacknowledged.
